Shipping Instructions for Canadian Customers

  • Follow instructions for the cheek swab as seen on the packaging. (Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes prior to taking sample.)
  • Insert the sample swab in the tube and stabilizing liquid and seal tight.
  • Place swab in the return envelope provided.
  • Please add a ‘from’ address to the envelope.
  • Place your envelope into any Canada Post mailbox. 

Shipping Instructions for International Customers

  • Follow instructions for the cheek swab as seen on the packaging. (Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes prior to taking sample.)
  • Insert the sample swab in the tube and stabilizing liquid and seal tight.
  • Place in biohazard bag and seal.
  • Place swab in the return envelope provided.
  • Please add a ‘from’ address to the envelope.
  • At the post office, please indicate that the value of the parcel is $1.00 and that it is a ‘buccal swab’ otherwise further customs fees will be charged.
